Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Flowra ("Flowra", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Flowra website, visual backend builder, API composer, and headless CMS platform.

By accessing the platform or using any Flowra service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

Flowra does not offer public self-registration. Your workspace must be provisioned by the Flowra team on request (hello@withflowra.com), or your user account must be created by an authorized administrator within an existing workspace. Once provisioned, you sign in with Google OAuth single sign-on.

You agree that:

• You will provide accurate identity information through your Google profile.
• You are responsible for the security of your login session.
• You will notify us at hello@withflowra.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Clients retain full ownership of all data, schemas, resources, and content entries created or uploaded to Flowra ("Client Content").

Platform monitoring

As a managed cloud service provider, Flowra system administrators and platform engineers maintain oversight of system resources and Client Content stored on our infrastructure. This monitoring exists solely to maintain service availability, infrastructure performance, and system security, and to support compliance auditing, bug fixes, and the prevention of illegal activity and platform abuse. Our handling of that access is described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use Flowra to:

• Host, transmit, or process illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive content.
• Reverse-engineer, compromise, or disrupt Flowra platform infrastructure.
• Conduct unauthorized scraping, denial-of-service attacks, or malware distribution.
• Violate third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

We work to keep the platform continuously available and fast, but service is provided without an uptime guarantee unless one is agreed in a separate written contract. We may update, modify, or temporarily pause features for scheduled maintenance or security work.
